We are Valiant Empowerment
A mandate of bold compassion, prophetic prayer, and Kingdom action, carrying the Gospel to the forgotten, the broken, and the bound.

Mission
Valiant Empowerment exists to boldly demonstrate the heart, hands, and feet of Jesus by taking the Gospel beyond church walls, to the streets, tent cities, motels, exotic dance clubs, and neglected communities. We offer not only food, clothing, and compassion, but advocacy, community development, discipleship, and hope through the power of the Holy Spirit and the uncompromised Word of God.
We are commissioned to equip individuals through:
-
Prophetic prayer
-
Expository Bible teaching, verse by verse special edition
-
Sound doctrine
-
Discipleship that develops the character of Jesus
-
Literacy programs
-
breaking cycles of poverty, deception, and lack of Biblical spiritual understanding
We are not a church. We are a Kingdom mandate, called to raise up bold believers who walk in truth, power, and purpose.
“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being priest for Me; because you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children.”
— Hosea 4:6 (NKJV)
“Go out quickly into the streets and lanes of the city, and bring in here the poor and the maimed and the lame and the blind.”
— Luke 14:21 (NKJV)
“And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry...”
— Ephesians 4:11–12 (NKJV)
Vision
To see individuals in spiritually and physically impoverished communities restored, empowered, and activated, walking in their identity as sons and daughters of God.
We envision a growing army of believers who are:
-
Taught the Word
-
Trained in prayer
-
Discipleship
-
Transformed by the Holy Spirit
-
And equipped to lead others in truth
Through expository Bible teaching, prophetic intercession, and literacy education, we will raise a generation that is anchored in Scripture, free from ignorance, and empowered to live out God’s mandate with boldness and compassion.
“Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, ‘If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.’”
— John 8:31–32 (NKJV)
“The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind...”
— Luke 4:18 (NKJV)
“So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”
— Romans 10:17 (NKJV)
Anchor Verse
“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge...”
— Hosea 4:6 (NKJV)
This verse is the heartbeat of our mandate, revealing the cost of spiritual ignorance and the urgent need for sound teaching, prophetic truth, and literacy that opens the Word of God to all.

Core Beliefs of Valiant Empowerment
A Spirit-led street ministry carrying the Gospel into the streets, shelters, clubs, hotels, and hard-to-reach places.
1. We Believe in the Trinity God
We believe in one true God, eternally existent in three Persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, distinct, yet one in essence, working together in perfect unity to redeem and empower humanity. We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit with evidence of speaking in tongues and water baptisms.
“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.”
— Matthew 28:19 (NKJV)
2. We Uphold Sound Biblical Doctrine
We are grounded in sound doctrine, holding firm to the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. Scripture is the foundation for all that we teach, believe, and live.
“All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.”
— 2 Timothy 3:16 (NKJV)
“But as for you, speak the things which are proper for sound doctrine.”
— Titus 2:1 (NKJV)
3. We Believe in the Death, Resurrection, and Return of Jesus Christ
Jesus Christ is the Son of God, who died for our sins, rose in victory, and is soon returning to reign. We live with urgency and expectancy for His return.
“Who also said, ‘Men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner as you saw Him go into heaven.’”
— Acts 1:11 (NKJV)
4. We Believe in the Baptism and Power of the Holy Spirit
We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues, and we embrace the gifts of the Spirit as active and essential today. We welcome the move of the Holy Spirit in prayer, worship, outreach, and daily life.
“But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”
— Acts 1:8 (NKJV)
“Therefore, brethren, desire earnestly to prophesy, and do not forbid to speak with tongues.”
— 1 Corinthians 14:39 (NKJV)
5. We Are a Street Ministry with a virtual, Not a Church
We are not confined to walls. We are a mobile, missional movement, called to the streets, tent cities, wooded areas, motels, and places often forgotten by the world. We bring food, prayer, and hope, meeting physical and spiritual needs wherever people are.We also cultivate virtual outreach to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all nations.
“Then the master said to the servant, ‘Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.’”
— Luke 14:23 (NKJV)
6. We Reach Women in Exotic Dance Clubs
We are called to bring the light of Christ into dark places, including exotic dance clubs, where women often feel unseen or unworthy. With love, dignity, and without judgment, we bring encouragement, prayer, and resources to help them rediscover their God-given worth and identity.
“The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves such as have a contrite spirit.”
— Psalm 34:18 (NKJV)
7. We Affirm Women in Ministry
We believe that God calls and anoints women to lead, preach, teach, prophesy, and walk fully in their spiritual authority. We stand with women as vessels of truth and power in the Kingdom.
“And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, that I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy…”
— Acts 2:17 (NKJV)
8. We Honor Biblical Marriage and Family
We believe that marriage is a sacred, God-ordained covenant between one man and one woman. We honor family as the first place of discipleship and strength in the community.
“Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and they shall become one flesh.”
— Genesis 2:24 (NKJV)
9. We Are People of Prayer, Power, and Compassion
We pray the Word of God, follow the leading of the Holy Spirit, and love people in both word and action. This ministry is accountable to the call of Christ and committed to Spirit-led obedience in every outreach.
“Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead.”
— James 2:17 (NKJV)
10. We Believe Generosity Honors God
Every time we serve the poor and overlooked, we are ministering to the Lord Himself. We believe in radical generosity and compassion as expressions of Kingdom living.
“He who has pity on the poor lends to the Lord, and He will pay back what he has given.”
— Proverbs 19:17 (NKJV)
