About Hearts of Valor
We go where the need is loudest.
One block. One soul. One breakthrough at a time.
Hearts of Valor is the mobile outreach arm of Valiant Empowerment, created to meet people in the very places where society has forgotten them, city parks, sidewalks, wooded areas, and street corners. We carry the love, power, and presence of Jesus Christ into the heart of the crisis.
This is not charity.
This is not routine outreach.
This is a rescue effort, as spiritual first responders, a Kingdom charge to bring hope, healing, and help to the voiceless.
How It Started: A Burden Turned Assignment
It began when founder Jasmine Sepulveda-Molina regularly traveled two towns over for bulk printing. Each visit took her past Inman Park in Winter Haven, where the same individuals sat beneath a pavilion in the sweltering Florida heat. No matter the time of day, they were there, unseen, unchanged, and suffering.
That quiet observation of just seven people began to stir Jasmine’s spirit. The concern grew until she and her husband made a simple decision: share their own meals. That step of obedience led her deeper into the inner city, where she discovered a park filled with displaced individuals , desperate for water, food, and human dignity.
Where Heaven Met the Heat
In July 2025 alone, Jasmine, her husband, and a Valiant sister all the way from Massachusetts, who believed God for greater, served over 100 meals to displaced individuals in Florida. Though hundreds of miles away, this sister answered the Holy Spirit's call with radical obedience, helping fund and support what was unfolding on the ground in real time.
This isn’t just local outreach. It’s Kingdom collaboration, and it’s proof that when God moves, distance is no barrier.
One of the most heart-wrenching stories came from a pregnant mother of five, who had been sleeping with her children in a park restroom for eight consecutive nights. When the city began locking the restrooms, they were left exposed, hungry, and without hope.
Jasmine didn’t wait for someone else to step in. She walked into government buildings, mobilized prayer warriors, and advocated on the family’s behalf with unwavering persistence and Holy Spirit fire. Today, that mother and her children have shelter, food, medical care, and access to transitional housing, because Jesus made a way, and His daughters refused to look away.
