Business, Organizational Leadership & Founder Background
Meet Jasmine Molina
I am an experienced business, nonprofit, and educational leader with over 20 years of professional experience in organizational development, education, and leadership administration. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, a Master’s degree in Ministerial Leadership, and completed two years of concentrated studies in Executive Administration. My academic and professional background equips me with strong competencies in strategic planning, governance, operations, compliance awareness, and sustainable organizational growth.
I have successfully owned and operated a business for the past six years, providing development and operational support to individuals, organizations, and community-based initiatives. My professional experience also includes supporting the development and expansion of a charter school that launched as an elementary program and has since grown to include a middle school, high school, and a college-preparatory pathway. This work strengthened my expertise in program development, institutional scaling, and long-term educational planning.
In addition, I served as the right-hand support to the principal of an alternative high school that was at risk of permanent closure. Prior to my involvement, the school had maintained a graduation rate of less than 10% over a four-year period and faced significant operational and academic challenges. Through collaborative leadership, systems development, student support structures, and administrative oversight, the school experienced measurable improvement, achieved a commendable graduation standing, and most critically, remained open. This intervention preserved educational access for at-risk students and stabilized an institution that was previously on the verge of closure.
Beyond education and business leadership, I am the founder of Valiant Empowerment Outreach Ministry, formally known as Battered by Not Defeated, established in 2015, where I have led community-centered initiatives focused on leadership development, outreach, and restorative programming. My governance experience includes serving as a former board member of a church with a congregation exceeding 500 members and currently serving as a board member for a successful youth-focused nonprofit organization. These roles have strengthened my understanding of board governance, fiduciary responsibility, accountability, and strategic oversight.
My leadership approach is grounded in integrity, data-informed decision-making, and long-term sustainability. I bring a collaborative, systems-oriented perspective to organizational development and educational leadership, with a strong commitment to ethical governance, measurable outcomes, and responsible stewardship of resources. My experience across business, nonprofit, education, and ministry environments positions me to effectively lead and support initiatives that prioritize stability, growth, and lasting community impact.
