Donation Policy & Terms of Giving

Organization: Valiant Empowerment Inc. 501(c)(3) status pending
1. Charitable Status
Valiant Empowerment Inc. is a nonprofit organization operating in accordance with IRS guidelines and has filed for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. Once approved, our tax-exempt status will be retroactive to the date of incorporation. Upon approval, all donations made after that date may be tax-deductible. Until confirmation is received, donors are advised to consult with a tax professional regarding the deductibility of contributions.
2. Use of Funds
All contributions support the outreach, programming, and operational goals of Valiant Empowerment Inc. Funds are used at the organization’s discretion unless otherwise specified by the donor.
3. Recurring Donations
If you choose to make a recurring gift, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the chosen interval. You may cancel or modify your recurring donation at any time by contacting us at contact@valiant.love.
4. Refund Policy
We are grateful for your support. However, donations are non-refundable.
5. Data & Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your personal and financial information will not be sold or shared with third parties, except as needed for donation processing or as required by law. Secure third-party processors are used to protect your data.
6. Tax Documentation
Until our 501(c)(3) status is confirmed, Valiant Empowerment Inc. will provide donation receipts, but cannot guarantee tax deductibility. Once our status is approved, we will notify donors and offer updated documentation reflecting retroactive eligibility, if applicable.
7. Designated Giving
While we make every effort to honor designated gifts, Valiant Empowerment Inc. maintains full discretion over the use of all funds to support the overall mission.
8. Policy Changes
This Donation Policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of our donation platform implies acceptance of any revised terms.
