Consultation Policy

Thank you for choosing to book a consultation with us. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for both parties, please review the following policy:

Booking & Payment

  • All consultations must be booked in advance through our official booking system.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.

  • Prices are subject to change, but the rate at the time of booking will be honored.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the session will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable, but one courtesy reschedule may be offered at our discretion.

  • No-shows or missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.

Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time. If you are late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to honor subsequent bookings.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, the session may be considered a no-show.

Session Scope

  • Consultations are intended for informational and coaching purposes only.

  • We do not offer medical, legal, or financial advice.

  • All guidance is provided in good faith and based on the information you share.

Confidentiality

  • Your privacy matters. All consultations are confidential and your information will not be shared outside of our organization without your consent.Follow-Up

  • If applicable, a brief follow-up summary or resource list may be sent after the session.

  • Ongoing support beyond the consultation must be booked separately.
