Thank you for choosing to book a consultation with us. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for both parties, please review the following policy:
Booking & Payment

All consultations must be booked in advance through our official booking system.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.

Prices are subject to change, but the rate at the time of booking will be honored.
Rescheduling & Cancellations

You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the session will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable, but one courtesy reschedule may be offered at our discretion.

No-shows or missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.
Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. If you are late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to honor subsequent bookings.

If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, the session may be considered a no-show.

We do not offer medical, legal, or financial advice.

All guidance is provided in good faith and based on the information you share.
Confidentiality

Your privacy matters. All consultations are confidential and your information will not be shared outside of our organization without your consent.Follow-Up

If applicable, a brief follow-up summary or resource list may be sent after the session.

Ongoing support beyond the consultation must be booked separately.
